Sierra has been amazing to work with. She has been working with me for about three months now. I have had some issues with trying to get my house underpinning completed to finalize the insurance policy. For over a month I have had six different contractors out to work on it. Once I paid them for the work they did, they never came back. It took at least three months to get this policy active. There are not many agents that would have allowed me to take up so much of their time especially not knowing me or if I was going to be able to get the required work done to get it insured. Sierra never once made me feel pressured and has been so professional while dealing with me. I know how aggravating it has been for me so I’m sure it was for her, as well.

I also want to add that she did two or three different quotes to fit my needs and my budget. She was able to get me the coverage that I needed at a much better rate than anyone else. I had gotten quotes from more than five agents and CIS beat everyone. I am very happy with this whole process and I plan to be a customer for many, many years.
